There may be delay in processing membership applications whilst the COVID-19 restrictions on movement and gatherings persist. We hope to resume the normal process as soon as is possible. 

Please note that the travel restrictions in place mean that it is no longer possible for us to pick up mail from our postbox in the Cross House Community Centre. 

Whilst that situation persists please complete all parts of the application form as described below and send it with an accompanying cheque made payable to Shropshire Family History Society to the address below.

The information received will be passed to our membership team so your membership can be set up correctly. Cheques will be held until the travel restrictions are lifted so there is likely to be a delay in presenting cheques for payment.

The membership form is a combined form which provides for setting up membership, setting up a standing order if preferred and setting up Gift Aid if appropriate.

Please consider all sections of the form. Please complete the Standing Order section if you want to enable automatic renewal of your membership each year. Please complete the GIft Aid section if you are a UK taxpayer and want to allow us to claim an extra 20% of your donation back from HM Revenue & Customs.
