'The Hawkstone Estate' CD

Hawkestone Estate - CD

In September 1915 the Hawkstone/Hawkestone Estate 'situate between Shrewsbury and Whitchurch' was sold off in 131 Lots. The Catalogue has been photographed and supplied to us to distribute, unfortunately a couple of the 150+ pages are missing but those that survive describe each of the properties, it's address, acreage, construction of house, buildings & facilities, listing the tenants, their holding, Acres, Apportioned Rent & Tenancy. Photographs are included of several of the properties, from the Hall itself down to Farms, Lodges and cottages.
