My apologies if I've missed it but I can't see a contact email address for the Society.
Can anyone tell me if Society publications are available to view/look up at the Shropshire Archives, and which days the Society help desk there is manned?
On the society web site look at the lower blue bar and click 'About Us' and then 'Committee and other appointments' where you will find all the email addresses.
Many of the society publications are available at Shropshire Archives including most of the Monumental Inscription transcripts, the Shropshire Quarter Sessions Rolls Index, 1831-1920 (also available on Find my Past (Subscription site)), name index to post 1858 Wills up to 1940 proved at the Shrewsbury and Montgomeryshire Probate Registry.
The society help desk is manned from 10am to 1pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (first in the month).
