Why not outline the perceived problem, Steph? One of the old fogeys may have suggestions. Surname, places and dates - and occupations at either end, if known.
As regards ealier comments on free look-ups, am visiting Archives much less at present; and have a large personal backlog of infilling.

my own computer is out of action at the moment so am trying to use library and a friends also partner's health has not been too good, diabetic and just had a triple by pass, so catchs 'flu and such quickly. i only get the occasional use of the computer so give it a bash sometime, i come up with some information then itchy and place a thread, researching in the dark i suppose.
thanks for all your help in the past tho and i was never intending to abuse this board nor your good self. as a shropshire lad we might be related and i owe you a lot of birthday and christmas presents, lol.

Tugford is a small village and ancient parish in the Corve Dale about 8-9 miles NNE of Ludlow.
